One Less Choice

One Less Choice is a psychological horror game where you play as a prisoner trying to escape a strange place.
Face your final obstacle in a deadly 1v1 Russian Roulette match twisted with cards and Rock–Paper–Scissors.
Win the round by playing Rock–Paper–Scissors Minus One.
Choose a sign for each hand then remove one.
Outplay your opponent to win.
Draw, and both players gain a card.
Lose... and you know what happens.
Play strategically to win the round and gain the turn.
When it’s your turn, choose wisely:
Shoot yourself to earn a powerful card or shoot your opponent and try to take one of their hearts.
Cards come in various types and can affect your opponent or alter the state of the revolver.
Activate them carefully to shift the odds and change the outcome of the game.
Cards are gained in two ways: after a Rock–Paper–Scissors draw, or when a player loses a heart.
Every detail counts, stay alert to everything around you.
They want to keep you a prisoner, but you’re fighting to escape.
Will you outsmart them before it’s too late?

A nice take on the roulette genre. The card effects give it a little twist. This game needs multiplayer, it would be more fun that way

I tried to play it, but it's completely incomprehensible. The dialogue and menus are confusing; I don't know what I'm supposed to do or how to progress. The Spanish translation is terrible, both the Latin American and Spanish versions. It's as if they put the worst AI in charge of translating the game. It's impossible to understand. I don't recommend it until they fix it.

We are sorry to hear that. We actually worked with a freelance translator for the translations. We have gotten other reports that the current Spanish translations are more adaptable for a software rather than a game. We are currently trying to find another reliable translator to redo them and relaunch the demo. We are sorry and we can help you explain personally what the cards and the effect do.

Oh, that's great. I want to start by saying that this one is a great game and i have enjoyed my time playing it. There are two points that i wanted to share with you

1. The future card was a bit confusing at the start, i think is a bit misleading, after some tries i got how it works
Could you elaborate what confused you about it?
When it says that the slot 3 is empty, is from now or from start
2. At the start of the game sometimes i can ring the bell two times

I like to write review for games on this here websites, telling a bit of pros and cons from a simple guys point of view but there isn't really any cons to this game. It's even short and sweet making you more likely to make it again if you don't win the first time.
I wrote a longer review when I rated the game but the 2 things that stood out to me were the corridor at the beginning and the ability to add bullets in between rounds.
In short the brief hallway journey setups the atmosphere nicely and is just short enough to not be annoying on multiple playthroughs. It also loops back around if you happen to beat the game... which I just so happen to do XD
Also in my longer review I mentioned the "adding a bullet in between rounds" mechanic feels a bit empty. I understand it can help control start pace a bit but it honestly doesn't really make much of a difference at the end of the day. I left a longer idea there, that's a paragraph by itself lol.
Anyway this was a really good game and I'm looking forward to seeing the full release.
